REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Maim Kariuki, of P.O. Box 287-80300, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.0186 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 1956/108 Voi, situate in Voi Township in Taita Taveta District, registered as C.R. 16843/1 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
