THE PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT
(No. 18 of 2012)
APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Regulation 16 (3) (a) of
the Public Finance Management (National Government Affirmative
Action Fund) Regulations, 2016, the Cabinet Secretary for Public
Service and Gender appoints the persons named in the first column of
the Schedule to be members of the National Government Affirmative
Action Fund Committees for the Counties respectively specified in the
second column, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the
23rd June, 2020.
