PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Seeds and Plant Varieties (Plant Breeders' Rights) Regular gas, 1994; die cabipirt5c.grgraryfor,Agricigtpre, Livestock and Fisheries notifies the public of: (a) The applications for grant of Plant Breeders' Rights for the sixty seven Plant varieties set out in the Schedule. (b) The changes concerning applicants, holders of breeder's rights or their representatives. Any breeder, successor in title to the breeder or any person who has substantial interest or is in a position to adduce material evidence relating to the applications may make representation regarding any of the applications. The presentations may be made by lodging the original or certified copy of the deed of assignment or lodging the original or certified copy of letters of administration of the grant or such documentary evidence as will satisfy the authorized officer. The presentations or requests for a hearing concerning the applications or any matters on which the authorized officer should be satisfied shall be made by the person applying for the opportunity to make presentations to the Cabinet Secretary or the Authorized officer within sixty days of this notice, failure to which the authorized officer will proceed with processing of the applications.
