REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nganga Gachuhi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.34 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Loc. 1/Mukarara/1871, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Thika in Succession Cause No. 340 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters in favour of Jacinta Warigia Nganga (ID/22060361), of P.O. Box 720, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Nganga Gachuhi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nganga Gachuhi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
