COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above development plan was on 14th March, 2024, completed. The part development plan relates to public land situated in Ongata Rongai, Kajiado County. Copies of the part development plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection at the Office of the Kajiado County Director of Physical Planning, Kajiado Town. The copies of the plans so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Office of the Kajiado County Director of Physical Planning, Kajiado Town, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director of Physical Planning, P.O. Box 11–01100, Kajiado, not later than fourteen (14) days from publication of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state grounds on which it is made. Dated the 14th March, 2024.
