REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwanaidi Chebi Waswa, of P.O. Box 415, Mumias in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Kakamega District, known as East/Wanga/Lubinu/739 by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 22945/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
