NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 22nd December, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-393, in Volume B-13, Folio 2335/21069, File No. 1637, by our client, Rigeye Abdulhafidh Mohamed Al-Amoody, of P.O. Box 164–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rigeye Abdulhafidh alias Rigeye Abdulhafidh Mohamed Omar Dahman Al-Amoody, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rigeye Abdulhafidh alias Rigeye Abdulhafidh Mohamed Omar Dahman Al-Amoody, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rigeye Abdulhafidh Mohamed Al-Amoody, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rigeye Abdulhafidh Mohamed Al-Amoody only.
