NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 1st March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-200, in Volume B-13, Folio 2341/21144, File No. 1637, by our client, Amina Sadaka Khamis, of P.O. Box 82874–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Amina Sadaka Hamis, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Amina Sadaka Hamis, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Amina Sadaka Khamis, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Amina Sadaka Khamis only.
