NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 29th February, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 381, in Volume D1, Folio 59/705, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Margaret Wanja Harris Ross, of P.O. Box 2504–00606, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Susan Wanja Kihara, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Susan Wanja Kihara, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Margaret Wanja Harris Ross, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Margaret Wanja Harris Ross only.
