THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Danson Moto Mwalukware (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Chawia/Kishamba/511, situate in the district of Taita/Taveta, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Voi in Succession Cause No. E13 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Jane Msangi Moto and (2) Gibran Mwandembo Moto, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) Jane Msangi Moto and (2) Gibran Mwandembo Moto, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Danson Moto Mwalukware (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
