REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Pharis Namasake Kisiombe (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as S. Malakisi/N. Kulisiru/129, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Sirisia in Succession Cause No. 11 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Getrude Musuya Namasake and (2) Carolyne Wakoli Nyukuri, and whereas the land title deed is missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Pharis Namasake Kisiombe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
