REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fredrick Oloo Misumba (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Nyalenda ‘B’/2844, situate in the district of Kisumu, whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. 226 of 2018, has issued grant in favour of Helida Juma Misumba, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Fredrick Aloo Misumba (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and the certification of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Fredrick Oloo Misumba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
