GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3874

WHEREAS (1) Shelmith Wacera Boore (deceased) and (2) Peninah Wangeci Wanjohi, are registered proprietors of all that piece of land known as Tetu/Unjiru/639/103, containing 0.0427 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 76 of 2000, has issued letters of administration to Daniel Gitu Ngaragu as administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Maryanne Nyawira Boore and (2) Cyrus Boore, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said Daniel Gitu Ngaragu as administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Maryanne Nyawira Boore and (2) Cyrus Boore, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Shelmith Wacera Boore (deceased) and (2) Peninah Wangeci Wanjohi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
