REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Barnabas Sempeta ole Kenana (ID/0494662), is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 4.05 hectares or thereabout, known as Ngong/Ngong/95045, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue a new land register and the missing land register will be deemed to be of no effect, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
