WHEREAS Lush Homes Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 42692, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 13610/I/MN, containing 0.4486 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 63108, by virtue of a Court Order from the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court Mombasa ELC Number 52 of 2024, dated the 8th February, 2024, vesting the said parcel 13610/I/MN CR. No. 63108 to Athacon General Contractors, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of Indenture as provided under section 33(3) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
