REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grain Industries Limited, of P.O. Box 43362–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor leasehold interest of all that House No. 7 erected on that piece of land known as Plot No. 20929/1/MN containing 0.8318 hectare or thereabouts, registered as C.R. 72071, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the sublease thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3).
