IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— Under paragraph (a)— Samuel Mathenge Nderitu, Under paragraph (b)— Daniel Tuitoek (Dr.), Letula Ole Masikonde, to be the Chairperson and Members respectively of the Central Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 28th March, 2024.
