THE INSOLVENCY ACT
REVOCATION
PURSUANT to section 355 of the Insolvency Act, 2015 as read
together with the Insolvency Regulations, 2016 and 2018, I Mark
Gakuru, the Official Receiver of the Republic of Kenya, revoke the
admission of Sarah Wambui Hassan to the No Asset Procedure, with
effect from the 27th March, 2024.
