THE LABOUR RELATIONS ACT

AMENDMENT

NOTICE is given to all members of the Kenya Universities Staff Union KUSU) pursuant to section 27 (4) of the Labour Relations Act, 2007 that a notice of amendment of the Constitution and Rules (Form I) in relation to the Union has been received. Any member who has any objection to the proposed amendments/changes to the constitution of the Union is required to submit in writing any such objection within twenty-one (21) days from the date hereof.
