REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Monica Muthio Mwanza (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Konza South/Konza South Block 5*Konza)/3560, situate in the district of Makueni and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Machakos in Succession Cause No. E231 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Veronicah Nthamba Mbithi and (2) Braice Wayua Mutisya, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Monica Muthio Mwanza (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of (1) Veronicah Nthamba Mbithi and (2) Braice Wayua Mutisya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Monica Muthio Mwanza (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
