REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Crispus Kahindi Karisa and (2) Justus Katana Karisa as administrors of the estate of Karisa Muranja, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 6.8 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kilifi District, registered under title No. Chembe/Kibabamshe/144, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
