THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jumwa Kaingu Benzi and (2) Kache Kaingu, as the administrators of the estate of Kaingu Benzi (deceased), is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that parcel of land containing 5.8 hectares or thereabout, known as Gede/Dabaso/313, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period I shall issue a provisional certificate of title under section 33 (5) of the Act.
