THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sammy Kazungu Thoya, as the administrator of the estate of Kadenge Toya Mgandi (deceased), is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that parcel of land containing 5.8 hectares or thereabout, known as Gede/Mijomboni/769, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period I shall issue a provisional certificate of title under section 33 (5) of the Act.
