REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Musyoka Ngonzo Mukula, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that parcel of land containing 0.0465 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kilifi/Kadzonzo Madzimbani/2451, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title under section 33 (5) of the Act.
