NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 12th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 520, in Volume DI, Folio 305/2020, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Beulah Daizy Mathenge, formerly known as Beulah Daizy Watare Mathenge, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Beulah Daizy Watare Mathenge, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Beulah Daizy Mathenge, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Beulah Daizy Mathenge only.
