COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, notice is given that the preparation of the above Plan was on the 9th December, 2022 completed. The plan relates to land located within Hola, Tana River County. Copies of the plans have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the County Executive Committee Member in-charge of Lands and Physical Planning, Hola and Sub County Administrator’s office Galole. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. during working days. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation or objections to the above-mentioned plans may send such representations, comments or objections within sixty (60) days from the date of this notice to the County Executive Committee Member, Lands and Physical Planning, Tana River County, P.O Box 29– 70101,Hola.
