REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Gabriel Nyongesa Wetangula and (20 Janetrix Kolikho, both of P.O. Box 218, Bungoma in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Bungoma County, known as E. Bukusu/N. Kanduyi/7329, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said lands register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstituted, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
