APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 5 (e) of the Konza Technopolis Development Authority Order, 2012, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communications and the Digital Economy appoints– SAMUEL ONYANGO OKELLO to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Konza Technopolis Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 29th November, 2024. The appointment of *Philip Nyakwaka Olero is revoked. Dated the 29th November, 2024.
