APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) (d) of the Kenya Deposit Insurance Act, 2012, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning appoints— Paul Orem, Anne Kamais Lokidor, to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation, with effect from 29th November, 2024. The appointment of *James Agembe Akali and **Melissa Ngania are revoked. Dated the 29th November, 2024.
