IT IS notified for information of the general public that in the exercise of the executive powers conferred upon me by Article 183 (c) of the Constitution, sections 36 of the County Governments Act, 2012 and section 10 (2) (a)–(g) of the Vihiga County Alcoholic Drinks Control Act 2014, the County Executive Committee Member for Public Service Management and ICT, appoints the persons whose names are specified in the First Column of the table below to be members of the Vihiga County Alcoholic Drinks Regulation Administrative Review Committee pursuant to the provision of the Act specified in the Second Column under the category specified in the Third Column for a period of three (3) years, effective from the date of this notice. The Committee shall be responsible for the functions assigned by section 10 of the Act.
