THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Muchira Murigu alias Mucira Murigu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.8 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Mwea/Ngucwi/285, and whereas the Court at Kerugoya in succession Cause No. E636 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Simon Ngari Kariuki (ID/60581243) and (2) Florence Wanjiru Muriithi (ID/13772073), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) Simon Ngari Kariuki (ID/60581243) and (2) Florence Wanjiru Muriithi (ID/13772073), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Muchira Murigu alias Mucira Murigu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
