THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Tobias Ochola Ogur, of P.O. Box 40767, Nairobi in
the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of
land known as L.R. No. 15406, situate in the Kisumu Municipality in
the Kisumu District, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. No. 166757,
and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the
said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty
(60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of
title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
