NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 216, in Volume DI, Folio 943/1498, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Peter Mbaki Makau, of P.O. Box 39, Makindu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Peter Makau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of him former name Peter Makau and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Peter Mbaki Makau for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address him by his assumed name, Peter Mbaki Makau only.
