NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 28th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2043, in Volume D1, Folio 1119/6421, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Esther Wangari Kanyi, formerly known as Esther Wangari alias Esther Wangari Machora, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Esther Wangari alias Esther Wangari Machora, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Esther Wangari Kanyi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Esther Wangari Kanyi only.
