NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 25th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1860, in Volume D1, Folio 288/1861, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Stephen Nyankuru Ogega, of P.O. Box 1449–40200, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Stephen Nyakeramba Ogega, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Stephen Nyakeramba Ogega, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stephen Nyankuru Ogega, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Stephen Nyankuru Ogega only.
