NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and an order under Criminal Miscellaneous Applications No. E693/2024 in the Principal Magistrates Court at Ruiru, to the public/owners/custodians of motor vehicles and motorcycles which are lying idle and unclaimed within Ruiru Police Yard to collect the said motor vehicles and motorcycles at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice.
