NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to the owners of dialysis machine No. 5008 cordial (C Premiums Medical Care) that is Med Heal Hospital which has been lying at Express Agency Auctioneers offices, of P.O. Box 67170–00200, Nairobi, Tel 0724050142, to take delivery and remove the same from our premises upon payment of storage charges due since 28th May, 2024, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, further notice is given that should they not pay up, take delivery and remove the said machine within the time prescribed, Express Agency Auctioneers, will proceed to sell by public action or private treaty of the same to recover the cost incurred thereof Dated the 28th October, 2024.
