APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (3) (c) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and upon approval by the County Assembly on the 7th November, 2024, the Kericho County Assembly Service Board appoints— Kiptoo Paul Bii, Jesca Chepngeno, to be appointed as Members of the Kericho County Assembly Service Board, with effect from the 7th November, 2024. Their tenure and responsibilities are as spelt out in Section 12 (7) of the County Governments Act and section 11 of the County Assembly Services Act. Dated the 7th November, 2024. PATRICK C.
