WHEREAS Pritam Panesar (ID/4421381), of P.O Box 46235– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered owner of all that piece of land Registered as Kwale/Msambweni “A”/3390, and having registered and issued with original title deed on 9th July, 2009, and whereas (1) Nileshkumar Mohanlal Shah, of (PP/533272740) and (2) Guy Spencer Elms, of (ID/2035429) having been issued with Title deed serial Number 4542362 on 28th July, 2023, and whereas (1) Nileshkumar Mohanlal Shah and (2) Guy Spencer Elms having been moved by the office to surrender the said Title Deed issued to them on 28th July, 2023 for cancellation, for there was an indefeasible Title Deed issued on 9th July 2009, and whereas the said individuals having failed or/and refused to surrender the said title deed for cancellation, Notice is given that after the elapse of sixty (60) days from the date of this gazette notice, title deed issued to (1) Nileshkumar Mohanlal Shah and (2) Guy Spencer Elms stands cancelled hence of no effect and Null and void.
