REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Fredrick Kithuka Kisengi and (2) Joseph Mwania Kikulumi, as Tenants in Common in Equal Shares, of P.O. Box 72519–00200 Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 36/430/I situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, register N 56 Folio 167 File 10761, and whereas the office has established that an entity known as Mohamed Abdi Ali, of P.O. Box 68567–00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, has fraudulently procured Certificates of lease registered as Nairobi/Block 49/835 and 836, and whereas the office has issued adequate notice to Mohamed Abdi Ali to surrender the said certificates of Lease for cancellation under section 14 (a) and section 79 (2) of the Act and the Regulations thereof but declined to do so, and whereas (1) Fredrick Kithuka Kisengi and (2) Joseph Mwania Iukulumi, as Tenants in Common in Equal Shares have produced the original title in respect of the parcel which the office has authenticated as the genuine documents in respect of the parcel that form part of the records held at the central registry, notice is given that the Lease and certificate of lease registered in the name of Mohamed Abdi Ali stand deregistered and cancelled.
