REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Yano Rotich alias Yano A. Rotich (deceased), of P.O. Box 281, Iten in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Sambirir/Sambirir/43, situate in the county of Elgeyo Marakwet, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Iten in Succession Cause No. 66 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Salina Jeruiyot Kipkore, of P.O. Box 281, Kapsowar in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said cout has executed an application registered in the name Yano Rotich alias Yano A. Rotich (deceased) as proprietor in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Yano Rotich alias Yano A.
