GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14711

WHEREAS Mundia Kigathi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.50 hectares or thereabout, known as Gakawa/Githima Block 1/Burguret/263, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 37 of 1990, has issued letters of administration to (1) Margaret Wanjiru Mundia, (2) David Mwangi Mundia, (3) Gerald Murage Mundia and (4) Mary Kirigo Kinyua as the administrators and the beneficiary being Peter Kigathi Mundia, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said to (1) Margaret Wanjiru Mundia, (2) David Mwangi Mundia, (3) Gerald Murage Mundia and (4) Mary Kirigo Kinyua as the administrators and the beneficiary being Peter Kigathi Mundia, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mundia Kigathi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
