REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Desterio Ayiemba Rabuka (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land known as Bukhayo/Ebusibwabo/506 and Marach/Kingandole/1508 situate in the district of Busia, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Busia in Succession Cause E115 of 2024 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Stophica Auma Ayiemba, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Desterio Ayiemba Rabuka (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Desterio Ayiemba Rabuka (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
