WHEREAS Dawagi Investments Limited, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Kilifi County, registered under tiltle No. Chembe/Kibabamshe/376, and whereas there is sufficient evidence to show that the green card cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
