THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter Irungu Kabiru (ID/3432657), (2) Charles Ndungu Mwangi (ID/09440649) and (3) Daniel Kinuthia Njoroge (ID/3626655), trading as directors of Duruma Allied Traders Limited, all of P.O. Box 19367–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru/Ruiru East Block 3/755, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another land register and the missing land register shall be deemed to be of no effect.
