WHEREAS Peris Kerubo Karani, of P.O. Box 399, Keroka in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Nyamira County, registered under title No. East Kitutu/Mwamangera/4956, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
