REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Enrick Karanja Mwaniki (ID/11181180) and (2) Erastus Chege Mwaniki (ID/38318140), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the County of Uasin Gishu, registered under title No. Eldoret Municipality Block 9/17 (Border Farm)/2066, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
