THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abel Hayora Nyaruri, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Njoro/Ngata Block 2/1613 (Kirobon ‘A’), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Nakuru, Suit No. 44 of 2020 decreed that the land be registered in the name of the plaintiff Jason Nyaruri Onditi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and issue it to the plaintiff Jason Nyaruri Onditi and upon registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Abel Hayora Nyaruri shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
