WHEREAS Hafsa Kassim Sheikh Ali, of P.O. Box 10612–00200, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as L.R.A. No. 1610/I/MN-Maisonette No. 11, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
