REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Malindi Town Secondary School Registered Trustees, of P.O. Box 5507–80200, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 19763-Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in the Kilifi District, registered under title No. C.R. 82115, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
